Frances Vinett PAYNE married my father in Bisbee AZ, April of 1923. They had two children before her death. All of my family has now deceased and I have no information regarding her or any of her family for my family records. My dad (WM. Henry SLAUGHTER) had lived in AZ from 1912 until his death in 1975. His parents Wm and Sarah Slaughter lived and worked in the Bisbee area around the turn of 1900s. Wm Slaughter died and was buried in the cemetary around Bisbee. Sarah Ophelia CARTER died in CA and was buried there. Sarahs' parents were: Silas Monk Carter,and America Maneica Ivey.
