Hi Larry,
I've looked for Calvin and George in Ancestry and and didn't find anything for either one. I thought maybe a timeline might help.

Nora married Calvin about 1888 probably in Missouri since that's where their children were born.

In 1900 Nora and her children were living with her parents in Mineral, Jasper, MO.
Crandall, Stephen S., head household, b. NY May 1837, marr 43 yrs, grocery dealer.
Rachel O., wife, b. PA May 1842. She had three children but only two are alive in 1900.
Nora A. Bray, dau, b. MO March 1870, widow. She gave birth to three children and all are alive in 1900.
Mable Bray, granddau, b. Mo June 1889.
Bertha A. Bray, granddau, b. MO Sept. 1892.
Harry C. Bray, grandson, b. MO May 1898.

In 1905 Nora married George E. Whitney. I found this reference in There MIGHT be more information about George if you order a copy of this marriage certificate. Contact the Maricopa County Office of Vital Registration, 602-506-6805.

In 1910 Nora was living in Los Angeles, Los Angeles Co., CA.
Nora Whitney, b. MO, 40, widow, had given birth to four children but only three alive in 1910, chamber maid hotel for D. Murray McKee.

In 1920 Nora was back in Phoenix.
Nora Whitney, b. MO, widow, proprietor restaurant.
Birdie Tabbert, dau, b. MO, single.

In 1930 Nora was living in Los Angeles.
Nora A. Whitney, b. MO, 60, widow.

A neighbor was Mabel Smith and I wonder if she was Nora's daughter. Successful Searching!
