Washington. Mr. Clements came to Phoenix 30 years ago from Houston. Born in Commerce, Tex., he served in the Army during World War I. Survivors include his wife, Elsie; 2 sisters, Mrs. Haynes L. Morgan and Nannie Clements, both of Kerrville, Tex.; and a brother, Walter P. of Fort Worth, Tex."
