If you've not done so, you might take a look at his death certificate here:
Indexed as "Joseph Haydn Wilson"
it's very odd--looks like they did not indentify him for 4 years after his death? Death is shown as 1950,certificate issued 1954-in Douglas,AZ and removed to Bisbee-but it does not give a cemetery name?
If you go to the Bisbee City listing for Evergreen Cemetery
He is shown to be buried in the Old BPOE portion of the cemetery-section 2A,plot 1
His mother is in 2A,plot 23
his father is ALSO 2A,plot 1
I took a look at the plot maps
left hand side "47" is Old BPOE,click on that, and then click on the first image on the next page that loads;I think I can make out the Wilson plot, but better eyes than mine have to see the names!
