wow...those were my grandparents and i too am looking for info. my father, alcide joseph ayotte, was the youngest of their 13 children. i think they were both born in france but the family grew up in lewiston, maine. there were 6 sons and 7 daughters: albert, albanie, alma (m. harold van brieson), annie (m. anthony pasquale), blanche (m. ?? mackenzie), emile, isabelle (m. ?? donovan), lucy, marie (m. ?? charpentier), william, alfred, my father alcide, and one other daughter whose name i do not have. My dad was stationed in NC during world war II and met and married my mom (elizabeth cleapor king) and lived the remainder of his life in wilmington, nc. vital died around 1943 in lewiston; euphemie died there before 1941. i have a little more info but this is most of it. who are you and what is the connection? happy hunting and keep in touch!!
