Don't know if this information will help anyone but have a MARIE LOUISE AYOTTE as a Godmother on my grandmother's baptismal certificate dated 11/08/1895. My grandmother was baptised in St. Jeans Baptiste Church in Troy, New York. My grandmother's name was Rose DeLima Laberge translated to Labelle somehow. I also found a grave stone in St. Jeans Baptiste Cemetary with the name ADOLPHE AYOTTE 62/82 (hard to read) yrs. died 05/21/1901. The stone is engraved all in French. Hope this helps someone with their line. I don't know if there is any family connections between AYOTTE'S & LABERGE'S/LABELLE'S or if just friends.
