My GGG grandfather Peter White AYLWARD died at Bermondsey SURREY Eng 1856 aged 67yrs. He
was a Master Potter & later a Coal Merchant but gave his occupation as Gentleman on son's
marriage cert. I have been unable to locate him in 1851 Census records although the area where he died (Willow Walk) was very heavily populated with Irish folk so I'm persuming he was also Irish.
Peter W. AYLWARD married 1) Mary Ann DALTON 1812 Lewisham KENT (?what happened to Mary Ann?)
possibly married 2) Kitty ??
Peter W AYLWARD & Kitty had 3 known children
Mary Ann AYLWARD ch 25/5/1821 StPaul Deptford
Peter White AYLWARD ch 15/2/1824 St Paul Dptf
William Maynard AYLWARD (my ggg/f)ch 2/8/1835 St Dunstan & All Saints Stepney

Anyone able to help with origin of my Peter will be greatly appreciated.
