Obituary
In the death of James Aylesworth there was removed one who was identified with all that was best in personal Christian life and public service in Tamworth for sixty three years.
An authority on matters of law, his counsel was always given with wise sympathy. A local preacher, he was a true friend tpo the pastor, liberal and loyal to all the interests of the Methodist Church.
He died on October 14th 1922, eighty years of age and was laid to rest in Tamworth Cemetery, survived by his beloved wife and their daughter, Mrs. J.F. Mitchell of Holyoke Mass.
