I am a descendant of Capt. Richard Ayer of Haverhill Mass. He was born May 12, 1757 in Haverhill . He ws married to Susannah Sargent on Aug, 27 1777. He died Dec. 17, 1831. I have two portraits that were done of them in their later years. I know that Richards father name was Samuel and that he married Ann Hazen. I have no dates for them of place names. If there is a connection with these Ayers I would appreciate any futher information!
