Does anyone have any GAMELs in their AYERS line. I have a AYERS GAMEL with mother listed as ELIZABETH ??, was he named from mothers family?? Grasping at straws but I am really stumped on this family. They came from Lauren Co.S.C. to GA. for the first land lottery and lived in several Ga. Counties. One and maybe two Gamel sons settled in Paulding Co GA. by 1850 census. If anyone has a Gamel etc. in their Ayer line would you please let me know? Thanks. Dortha
