My husband's father Charles Davis already has all the connections back to the Ayars line on his side. My husband was adopted but that info is still of interest from a social standpoint (since it isn't genetic). Since my father-in-law has focussed on the Davis side, I have been more focussed on my lineage through Price/Rodgers and Upton/Wise lines. The Ayers/Ayars is still confusing to me but I appreciate your reply. Most of my relatives are from that area (Sayre, Price, Barton, Sipes, Colcord, Jenness, Upton etc.) and the counties start to blur.
