Ayars Family Genealogy Forum

I am sorry that posted before I was ready! (Anyway the book that I was referring to is the Delaware Genealogy and Biography published in 1890. It has a great biographical sketch of Robert Ayars and a picture if anyone is interested in a scanning) my sons grandmother Jeanette Ayars (ex-wife of Oliver Kent Ayars, Jr.) also told him he is a direct decendent of John Hart, N.J. signer of the Declaration of Independence. Although he is only 11, he loves history and I think genealogy is a great project for him. We are planning a summer trip to the Delaware Archives this summer, if you need a look up. If anyone would like a scan of the above book, his gedcom file, or can help him along his way, please email me (kreerps@aol.com) or better yet him (slickslim66@aol.com).
Also as an aside I am working on George Washington Kreer (b. 1857, Phila.) genealogy for my current husband. They live very close to the Wilmington Ayars and are also associated with the Ernest, Hart, and Baker families. I am always looking for hints on them too!
