Doug:

In the upper North East part of the state, in Essex County, you will find the town of MARLBORO! It's not too far from Georgetown, just off highway 95, if that helps!

On the other hand, to locate the town of MARLBOROUGH, follow Highway 20 west, out of Boston, and just past Sudbury. You'll find MARLBOROUGH near the junction of Highways 20 and 495!

I have already proven this numerous times, and I just tried to help others who might not be aware of there being two different towns. If you wish to blindly accept what appears in the 1945 Axtell Genealogy as being 100% accurate, that's your right. But are you going to pass on fact or fiction, because you chose not to verify things?

After 30+ years of learning and researching family history, I think I know what I'm talking about!!!
