Hi Steve,
I have a very comprehensive book on my family tree. It goes way back to 1593. Antoni Axford married Agnes Battew. Their son, Richard (baptized 1595) married Ann ?. They had four children. Antony, Anne, John (baptized 1621) and Ursula. It does not show who John Axford married but it shows his four children. John, Grace, Haniball (baptized 1653)and Elizabeth. Haniball had seven children. They were Susannah, Sampson, Sarah, Joyce(baptized Apprx 1690), John, James, and another Susannah. Joyce married Enodor Higgans as you steted. The brother James is my connection.
