With the help of people like you I have been tracing my Garcia ancestry. I have hit a deadend or so it seems. I have gone back as far as Pedro Garcia de Avila. I believe he held the rank of Capitan. He was married to Margarita Cavazos de la Garza. My question is....who were Pedro's parents? I have received suggestions that his parents were Lorenzo Garcia and Leonor Gutierrez, but I have not been able to confirm this information.
If any of you have solid information that can tie Pedro Garcia de Avila to these parents, please direct me to the place where I can confirm the connection.
