Edward Avila Jr. February 2004
Edward Avila Jr., 45, of Palm Desert died Feb. 18, 2004, in Tucson, Ariz. He was born March 13, 1958, to Edward R. Sr. and Carmen Gomez Avila in Indio.
He was a plumber supervisor for 20 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Laureina Maria Myers of Perris; one son, Ryan of Tucson; two sisters, Reina Belford of Orangevale and Myra of Palm Desert; his parents, Edward and Carmen of Palm Desert and two grandchildren.
Visitation will be Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. with a prayer service at 6 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in La Quinta.Burial will be at Coachella Valley Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Fitzhenry Funeral Home.
