Hello Linda - I am descended from Attie Chella Averitt who was a sister to Daniel. Attie is my Great grandmother. I descended from one of her daughters - Lillian who was the mother of my father, John LaRoy. What is the Kinsman book that you reference? Is that the First 300 Years of the Averitts in America by Will Averitt? Or is there another book out there? What info do you have on James side?
