Wilmoth Rudd is my ggggg grandmother. The information I have states that Wilmoth Rudd married Joel Averitt in 1741. She was born in Amelia County, VA sometime around 1723. She died between 1800 and 1823. They had 8 children (Rudd, Jarrett, Thomas, Sam, Elisha, John, George Washington, and Peter). My source lists wilmoth's father as John Rudd (with no mention of the mother), her grandfather as John Rudd, Jr., and her g grandfather as John Rudd (who was born in England around 1633. I have more names and dates, if anyone is interested in them.
