Henry Clay Avent, my gg grandfather, was born in 1820 in what was then Talbot County, Georgia. He married Sarah Spencer and moved to what is now Webster County, Mississippi, in 1841.

One census had stated that Henry Clay's parents were from North Carolina. That is all I have on his ancestry and would like to make a connection to his parents if anyone has any information that might help.
