There is a Richard AVANN in the 1900 US census in Washington state
There is a Richard AVANN who is son of William AVANN and Ann MERCER, born 1858 in Brecksville, Cuyahoga Co, Ohio....

.....Is this the same person?

The 1900 Richard AVANN census entry has him living in Clarke Co, WA, Harney Precinct. with
--a wife Mary J. Avann, b. OH
--a dau Jessie J. Avann, born OREGON, Oct 1855

Please contact me if you connect with this family.
