This has been a tragic year with the loss of Roy Rogers and now Gene Autry. The biggest loss is to todays children. We had Gene, Roy and many others to look up to and who gave us great entertainment and values to live by. Kids today have no one to look up to and pattern their lives by.

Gene, You will be missed greatly but you will remain alive in or hearts. Thank you for all you gave to us for so many years. From your early movies, to your music such as "Tht Silver haired Daddy of Mine" performed with Jimmy Long so many years ago.

Todays so called country music is "Noxious Noise" and not fit to listen to, but your recordings will always be with us.

Thank you Gene, for the way of life you gave to us for so many great years!!
