The evidence you posted is mostly inconclusive. You have siblings either born in or living in half of Europe. That is not impossible but it makes finding people and locations a messy business. And precise locations are what you need.
All that I could pick up on were the predominence of Polish christian names. Kasimirz, Bronislawa.Karel is the Czech version of the name. Poles use KAROL. I think Ludwig and Ladislaw are German and Polish versions of the same name.
Prior to 1920 Austria was about 4 times bigger than it is today. One of the provinces it lost in 1920 was Galicia about 2/3rds of which was in Southern Poland. Many Poles used to live in the other part of Galicia too which is today in Ukraine. it could be that Krems was the Austrian-german name given to a Polish town. That was a common occurance.
To get to the Mediteranean from Galicia you would have to cross two mountain ranges, the Carpathians and the Alps. And it would be a mighty hike even for a grown man. If your grandfather did it he was not alone. And at that period there were plenty of railroads that could make the distance in a day or so.
Also, it would help to know your grandfather's ethnicity or his specific mother tongue. With that you could rule out a lot of the contradictory data.
