Looking at the manifest the name may be:

An old Polish form of ANDREW
I don't know about Poland but from what I have seen in Croatia, there was one given name and very, very, very seldom a middle name.So in the case of Croatia baptismal name and given name are the same.I don't believe the priest would have "allowed" non-Christian names to be used in many cases.
