1910 US Census
South Fork, Cambria Co., Pennsylvania
Fristek, Peter, Head, aged 40, married once, 5 years, b. Austria (Slovak), parents b. same, immigrated 1895, miner, coal mine
Fristek, Susan, Wife, aged 28, married once, 5 years, 3 children born, 1 child living, b. Austria (Slovak), parents b. same
Fristek, George, Son, aged 6 months, b. Pennsylvania
Purvisho, Mary, Sister-in-Law, aged 18, single, b. Austria (Slovak), parents b. same.
Given the dates, it would seem that Peter married in the US, likely in Pennsylvania. Have you found a marriage record which may name the parents? The church record will contain more info than the civil record.
This may be him in the 1900 Census in Swissvale, Allegheny Co., Pennsylvania

Frinctic, Mick, Boarder, b. January 1867, aged 33, single, b. Austria, parents b. same, immigrated 1891, laborer (quarry)
Frictic, Peter, Boarder, b. May 1860, aged 40, married, 5 years, b. Austria, parents b. same, immigrated 1899, driller, quarry
Frictic, Girt, Boarder, b. February 1881, aged 19, single, b. Austria

They are all boarders, amongst others, in the home of Mark Loekoeii(?).
