it is possible, that your Sastaunik is a "telling-hearing-writing-reading mutation" of
Zastavnik, south-slavic (e.g. croatian) for ensign [germ. Fähnrich, Fahnenjunker].
It is a quite rare surname, but it exists.

Strymbeni/Strimbeni was founded in 1881 by german speaking people from Galicia (Austro-Hungarian Empire),
The first years (till 1912?) Strymbeni belonged to the parish of Kischinew/Kishinev.
