You are stumped because you don't know the basic history of the place you are interested in.
Austria took over the southern part of Poland (Galicia) in about 1795 but had to relinquish it in 1918. Whatever documents you are after were created in Galicia and stayed in Galicia so Austria is of no importance to your search.
If the documents from the places you have named have survived they are, most likely, in the Polish National Archive system and have been microfilmed by the Mormon's Family History Library which has copies of everything they ever filmed.
You can pay to get each documnet you desire from the Polish National Archives or you can pay to see the entire roll of microfilm that contains that document by renting it from the Mormon's Family History Center near you.
The one thing that is absolutely necessary is the EXACT place name from where a person originates. All archive index there records by EXACT location.
