Thank you for your help with this long saga!
I have Mary (Mahon/Mann) and John /James Jacques/Jaques' wedding certificate,Trinity Church Hobart 1st Feb 1841. She gives her age as 21 and she signs her name, in this instance Mahon, with an X. She may well have been 18.
To have found the graves of Mary Wilson (nee Jacques), Robert Wilson, and Agnes Louisa Richardson (nee Jacques). tells me this is my Mary. The dates relate within 2/3 years, not uncommon.
The different spelling of Mary's name has been confusing, however, one of her sons was named James Mann Jacques. This indicates to me her name was Mann. A copy of Mary's, and Agnes's death certificates may bring me closer?
Any clues or info will always been appreciated, thank you.
