Hello.

According to the Tas convict permission to marry, your
Charlotte Blears finally married in 1846 to John Dawson
as shown:

BLEARS Charlotte Woodbridge WILCOX Joseph free 00 DEC 1845 CON52/2 p392
BLEARS Charlotte Woodbridge FRY Henry free 01 SEP 1845 CON52/2 p62
BLEARS Charlotte Woodbridge FRY Henry free 03 NOV 1845 CON52/2 p62
BLEARS Charlotte Woodbridge DAWSON John Layton 13 APR 1846 CON52/2 p44

Elizabeth Wilcox was born 8th April 1846 at Launceston,
father Joseph Wilcox, mother Charlotte Blair.

The pioneer index shows no marriage for a Joseph Wilcox
or a John Dawson.

One Charlotte Blair age 28 is listed as marrying a William Higgins at Launceston on 2nd Nov 1852.

Mike.
