Hi,

I read with interest 'your' William Dean.

In our lineage we have a William Deans and also a Publican. Our William came from Edinburgh, Scotland, where did your's come from? Our William was also married (in Scotland) and had a daughter Margaret (wife Betsy) Margaret was born cir 1822

The only have information on Margaret's family (prior Tassie) was her parents names, on a certificate which states her father was a publican.
