I live in Queensland. For years I have been searching for my ancestors in England on the Hawksley side without any luck. Our most distant known relation was Henry Hawksley, who was transported to Tasmania, as per the information below but we could’nt go back any further. Then the other day we found information on the christening of a Henry Hawksley, in All Saints, Gainsborough, Lincoln, which shows the same approximate birth date of our Henry, as per the details at the bottom of this message. Can anybody help me with any further information on the details below such as Henry’s parents etc. Also we have details on Henry's marriage and issue in Tasmania but cannot find any information on his death.
