  of 1519

Looking for information and descendants of James Paton b1810 Ayrshire Scotland.
Transported to Tasmania for 14 yrs at age 21 aboard the Katherine S Forbes arriving 16 July 1832.
He received a Free Certificate 1847.
In 1849 he was marked as free.

James seems to have been a troublemaker and runaway.
He is also described as a "Cripple"
I have the records of him as Prisoner, looking for what happened after release.

Last piece of information is He went on board the "Thomas Lord" 18 Oct, 1847 to Launceston,Sydney.

Thank you for reading
Michael J Paton
