At Colonial Families Database

and look for James Warren (the last one with no estimated birth date) he has family with Jessie Lamont Beeson.

From same site search for Frank Warren. There is one - born 1892 Lefroy to Jessie Warren, no father's name.

From Victoria BDM this James and Jessie (Beeson) married and had children in that state, including daughter Jessie.

I think that a young Jessie Warren has baby Frank 1892 (the age does not match though, 1896 would be better).

Jessie Warren later marries Jack Lewis, and Frank is then Frank Lewis.
