Thank you Jean, you've been a great help. Considering the confusion with the names, that was a nice piece of detective work (I think I had the wrong Athol Gaby with the Electoral Rolls too). Yes, I did acquire the date of birth from the website you mentioned. I was following one of the family lines on it backwards because I suspected that it met up with my wife's line ... which you have just helped confirm. Reginald Wigmore & Thomas Bowden were both brothers of my wife's great-grandfather, Ernest Alfred Gaby (another brother was the V.C. winner, Alfred Edward).

If it's not too much trouble, I would be interested in any details you could find about the births of other children that Reginald Wigmore and Thomas Bowden may have had.
