Glen,

There is an entry on the IGI for the christening on 22.1.1843 of Matilda Margaret SIBLEY in Buckingham, UK
father Alfred
mother Mary
so it looks like she was born in england as well

The Wellington she moved to I found was in NZ so you may find more births for her under CROMBIE in the NZ bdm index
One of her children came up as dying in the war and it mentioned Wellington NZ so that may be where they died as well
Have no idea where William SIBLEY was born
