Can anyone help please. Searching for the surname Hundt in South Australia. I found a Frederick Hundt on film a mariner from Hamburg Germany born c1834 arr.1854 on Iserbrook but do not know if this is who I am looking for. I believe the name was anglicised to Hunt. What I do know is Hansford Gilbert Hundt was born in South Australia, when ? - I found a H.G.Hunt ref: book 365 page 354, is this my man? who were his parents? Was the above Frederick his father - Can anyone tell me when the German population moved to Broken Hill NSW. Possibly around 1890+.
