Hey I think your correct

They arrived before the 1841 census when they had 2 children one male and one female. I think the male child was John Fairlie Usher as he was born c1840 and probably named after the ship (perhaps he was born on). I'll look into it.

I think the other female child born prior 1841 died before registration as she is the only one of their many children that I cannot find any information on.
