Needle in a haystack?

On July 16th 1839, the ship "Asia" arrived at Glenelg from London. One of the passengers listed was
"A.von Schedlich".

I have heaps of information on my Schedlich ancestors who arrived in South Australia via the "Herman von Beckerath" in 1849, but I would, if possible, like to find out more about this particular person.

Would it be possible for someone to look up the South Australian marriage indexes for his (or her) marriage, probably prior to 1849.

Sorry I don't have any more information other than surname, initial and date of arrival.

Many thanks - Trish
