I had James ALLINGHAM (b. 04 Aug 1811, Lytchett Minster Parish, Dorset, England) married to Ann SHORT (b 1805, Dorset) -- James Allingham and Ann Short had the following children: Jane Allinghame, born 1845, Joseph Stephen Allinghame, born 1845, and James Allingham b. Abt. 1846.
The Ann Short data came from Descendants of James Allinghame, Published in South Australia SWEENEY Project Version 522 <http://hsweeney.e-access.com.au/allengame_tree/index.htm>, 'First Generation', James Allinghame was born in Dorset, England 1811. James died 17 February 1884 in Ashbourne, South Australia, at 72 years of age. He married Ann Short. Ann was born 1805. Ann died 19 February 1886 in Ashbourne, South Australia, at 80 years of age.
So now I have to see where Isaac fits in.
You ask which William Jones married whom?? Herre it is...
So far I have:-
Jane Allingham b. c1845, Dorset (dau. of James and Ann Allingham nee Short) married 31 Dec 1869 to William Jones (b. Bet. 1806 - 1811, son of William Jones and Elizabeth Pollard. Their son William James Jones born 08 Oct 1870, Finniss Flat, married Margaretta Bowden-Tatchell b 08 Aug 1873. Witnesses to that marriage were Constable Bessie and Stephen Collett Jun.
Margaretta is given on her marriage cert. as "daughter of William Neal Tatchell (no mention of Susannah Arrington).
Margaretta and William's daughter Jane Elizabeth is my grandmother. Her brother was another William Jones god bless Gt-Grandma Maggie for originality!
