James joseph Gorman

I have just received the death cert for Catherine Gorman and have found another son which I did not know about as being the informant on the cert.
Could some one look for Birth and Marriage info for
James Joseph Gorman - parents Nicholas and Catherine Gorman. (I have found his death, I think)
James lived at Blythwood, SA in 1884 (death of his mother)
Probably born in SA as he did not arrive with family aboard the Trafalgar in 1854, he was 82 when he died in 1945 so would have been born abt 1863.
Would you know where a Catholic would be buried if he died at Blythwood and Norwood?
Thank you for your help.
Regards Sue
