From birth/deaths CD's I have the following on Thomas Oatey & Maria Williams.
One child born South Australia -Thomas Edward born 2.1.1853 at North Adelaide.
There are 6 births for a Thomas Oatey as father from 1887.
1. Arthur Reginald born 7.5.1887
2. Elizabeth Olive born 11.3.1889. The mother of these 2 was Annie Eveline Hallett and she died 15.2.1893 aged 26 at Nth Adelaide.
1. Hazel Margaret May born 28.7.1898
2. Albert Thomas Douglas born 25.12.1900
3. John Edward born 22.5.1901 ,died 2.6.1902
4. Alicia born 2.1.1904 ,died 3.1.1904.
mother of last 4 was Alicia Jemima Thompson.
also on deaths, there was a James Oatey died 1.3.1883 aged 38 years. Thomas Oatey noted as brother on certificate.
I don't have access to marriages yet (CD comes out next year) so can't help you with that. Perhaps it's a help, hope so.
