Frances is the name of a town in South Australia, almost on the Victorian border. It is NE of Naracoorte and N of Binnum. I am researching an ancestor who lived in the area prior to her marriage in 1863. I don't suppose you have a Charlotte JONES or William JACKSON in your lot.
