Dear Leah,
All that is on the page I photocopied is
BEAUMONT Mary see HAIGH Mary b59 p406. I would say, at a guess, that Beaumont was her maiden name. If you want me to have a look on the marriage index under Haigh and see what that says, let me know through my email address. It will probably have the name of her groom there and then I can look at a bit more detailed entry under whatever that name may be.

There are no more marriages for a Mary Beaumont on the index between 1842 and 1916. She may have been an aunt or somesuch of the husband (Rolfe Beaumont)of a first cousin 3X removed of mine. I would have to find Mary's parents' names. Rolfe's parents were Charles Beaumont and Hannah Whorrall and Rolfe was born 17 Jan 1856 in Adelaide. Charles' death is not in the index to 1915. There is no marriage recorded for Charles and Hannah between 1842 to 1916. Hannah died in 1909 aged 86 yrs in Malvern, SA.

Regards Catherine
