SA Passenger Lookup Please

From the family legend my great grandfather was a sailor that jumped ship in Australia, so I'd like to confirm his arrival into Australia.

I've obtained the information below from his Statutory declaration in his Naturalisation documents in 1905.

Francesco Seroni (possible alternative spellings Serroni) was Italian(he couldn't read or write). He arrived in Australia from London on the 5th January 1883 per the ship 'Victoria' and dissembarked at the port of Adelaide, South Australia (where he spent 3 months).

I've looked up Convictions website for 1883 and for the years before and after and have not found the ship listed.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
Ina
