Hello all, I am new to this list and I am asking for some help in finding out if my North family arrived in S.A from the USA between 1853 and 1855.At this stage I am trying to find out if George North and his wife Mary Ann Elizabeth along with their first son William George Carson North came to Australia as a family or did they arrive with all of George's brothers and sisters.Originally from England,George went to California for the gold.He married Mary there and William George Carson North was born there in 1853.Their next child was born in Victoria in 1855.All of George's brothers and sisters left England and came to Australia.On some of their Death Certs it was stated that time had been spent in SA and also WA.Any help will be appreciated ,Thank you.
