If he died intestate then his estate would have been distributed according to the law and would have gone to his wife and children if they were still alive. If they were deceased then there is a order of inheritance to follow

I can find his child Nuninga Eleanor born in 1895 but not the birth of Harry nor a marriage in queensland
He may have married in another state

marriages are available in queensland up to 1937 and can be viewed at state library or public libraries with family history sections
