As far as I know Wills are available after 30 years - it does depend if the will had to go to probate as to whether it is in the files or not - there can also be records if they died intestate. The wills are indexed differently depending on date - the older ones are on microfilm, the more recent are paper ones - yours would presumably be Southern district ones as they died in Brisbane - good luck
