Searching for a Will in Western Australian records
Posted by: Sue (ID *****1265) Date: February 13, 2009 at 16:53:58

Looking for sks who will be going to the State Records Office of Western Australia in the near future to research records and would be willing to look up a 1949 Probate record for me. I know my ancestor had a will; I know he lived in Western Australia; I know the date he died and that he was buried in Karrakatta Cemetery. To further my research I would like to know the beneficiaries of his estate. From what Iím reading on the web, it seems if there is indeed a record of the 1949 will, the will itself would be held at the Probate Office on St Georgeís Tce and can be viewed.

I can be reached directly at ansrch50@yahoo.ca for details. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
