If you can advise an address I will mail you information and details that may be of help to your brother / yourself concerning the Clipper ship "FIERY CROSS".Do you have a year or any other info on when your grandfather was associated with this Clipper and the "MARION NEIL" ?
I hope to pay a visit to Rothesay in the
near future in connection with ongoing
research into a WWII incident when a
British vessel was attacked nearby.In
this incident five fellow Hebridean seamen lost their lives and are buried together in a cemetery at the Northern end of the Island.
I wil say 'hello' to Rothesay' for you !
Regards / Angus Mac Kinnon
