My ggrandfather came out to Australia in 1878 on "Scottish Bard", disembarking at Rockhampton. I am interested in where these passengers were all sent to work. GGrandpa went to the mouth of the Clarence River in northern New South Wales. Anybody got an ex-"Bard" ancestor?
