Hi Michelle
Thanks anyway. I had assumed James Campbell was a member of the Warren family but his funeral notice says he is Maria's Uncle not her husbands. I thought I'd check out the Northern light passengers and found a James Campbell correct age, also from Londonderry I figure he may be a step brother or something. Certainly he must have been close to Catherine to be buried with her.

I have gone through all the James Campbells in the marriages in SA and found none of them fit him. They were Catholic so maybe Catholic records have something.

By the way Maria's husband Charles Henry Warren is in the adjoining plot.
